Fake Celebi Evolution

Got bored, and wanted to make some fake evolutions. The first one I made was a side zigzagoon evo ( I FORGOT TO GIVE'EM TO ALEX. You will see them later. Them as in, I had it copied, so I also made a shiny version).

I went A WEE BIT overboard on it's details, but that's okay. Pokemon won't use that design anyways. xp
I grew attached to it after I colored it, so you may see it again..
I guess... A grass/dragon type? Or maybe it's still a bug. Don't think too hard about it. LOL
